Internships - Compliance Case Management

• Collect incoming hotline complaints and consult with Compliance Staff regarding responsive actions
  
  
• Assist with ensuring that ITA’s database tracking systems are maintained and current
  
  
• Assist with development of strategy for resolving assigned trade compliance complaints shorts of dispute settlement (make calls, attend meetings, draft papers)
