TANC works wherever U.S. companies are exporting or investing to ensure that foreign government actions are not acting as barriers to doing business, in export markets large and small.

Bringing together experts on specific industries, issues, and countries, the Trade Agreements Compliance Program works with individual clients to identify a problem, and works with the client through every step of the process with the end goal of removing or reducing barriers to trade.
